Yep, that's right. I'm so proud of myself. I have a neighbor that smocks and she taught me. It's really fun. I purchased a pre-made bishop dress that was also pre-pleated and I did the smocking. Yesterday Clara debuted the dress for Valentine's Day. It was very cute (if you didn't look at it too closely). I plan to do more, when I have free time:)
