Today has been a very eventful 2nd birthday. Cora woke up this morning to all of us singing to her, which ended with, "Hooray you are a big girl now. You don't need your pacifier anymore." At that point, mom said, "give it to me and let's go find your present." She got a "princess bike." The one that she first admired months ago when we went to go get Cade's new bike. She has been talking about it ever since. It is the only thing she has ever really wanted. She got it. She can't ride it a lick, but we've got a whole year to practice! For now, she is happy just sitting on it. We started the day with a pancakes shaped like the number 2 and ended it with pizza and angel food cake with strawberries. There was no mention of the paci all day. If I knew it would be so easy, it would've gone long ago. Stay tuned for party pictures after her party on Sunday.
