Little Lady

We are working on sitting like a lady, I haven't perfected it quite yet! I love climbing up on the couch, rolling around, and then climbing right back down! I do it and laugh continually as I do!

Tea Anyone?

We had a tea party complete with pink lemonade, muffins, and friends. Costumes were mandatory!

It's Potty Time!

I have potty time Elmo and I thought Elmo looked like he was having so much fun on his potty, that I wanted to try his potty. It didn't work so well for me!

Substitute Mommy

Today mommy was feeling sick and Cora and I were playing inside. I decided it was time to go outside and get some fresh air, so I dressed myself (in my pirate costume of course) got my shoes on, put Cora's crocs on her, grabbed a sword for both of us and we were out the back door. After a few minutes mom wondered why we had gotten so quiet and she looked out the window and couldn't believe I had gotten up both ready for outside. I told her I was just helping her since she had a disease today. She was really proud of me!

A Cade Quote

At bath time a few nights ago we were playing with the yellow, red, and blue foam letters in the tub. First, I would show the letter to Cade and he would tell me the letter and then the sound it makes, correctly each time! Then I would show it to Cora and ask her what color it is. Cora (who is very new at this color thing) said, "blooh" (blue) to about the first five letters in a row. Each time I corrected her and had her repeat the correct color. Then I said, "here is a yellow letter Cora. Now Cora, what color is this?" She once again said, "blooh". Cade says, very seriously, "Mommy, Cora does NOT have a very gigantic brain!"
